Cancellation Policy and Waiver
Canada Weaves Cancellation Policy
Bookings are payable on a first come first served basis. The full fee is due upon registration. Our classes are designed for adults, minimum 18 years of age or older unless otherwise posted.
Workshop registrations are non-refundable, however, registrations may be transferred to another participant.
All transfers must be processed through Canada Weaves. To request a transfer, please email canadaweaves@gmail.com.
If you need to cancel your registration, we will do our best to help fill your space, but we cannot guarantee that your space will be filled. If you have someone who would like to take your place, please include them on your email to Canada Weaves so that we can coordinate the transfer.
Please note that participants on the workshop waitlist will be given the first opportunity to fill an available space, even if you have someone who is willing to take your place. This allows us to work through the waitlist fairly and helps ensure that as many people as possible have the opportunity to participate.
Once a transfer has been confirmed by Canada Weaves, the new participant will be required to complete the registration and waiver requirements before attending the workshop.
